The Solution Team Pty Ltd (ABN 63 682 316 525), trading as The Automotive Solutions Team ("we", "us"), provides software that automotive businesses use to take bookings, send quotes, update job progress and take payments.

Who you are dealing with. When you book, request a quote, approve work or pay through one of these pages, your agreement is with the business named on the page, not with us. That business is responsible for the work on your vehicle, its prices, quotes, invoices, warranties and customer service, and for your rights under the Australian Consumer Law in relation to that work.

Information on these pages. Job status, estimates, photos and messages are entered by the business. We do not check them and are not responsible for their accuracy. If something looks wrong, contact the business directly.

Your details. The business collects your details and decides how they are used. We store and process them on the business's behalf to run the software. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle information in our systems.

Our liability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your dealings with the business or from your use of these pages. Nothing in this notice excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
